ABOUT OUR SCHOOL:
Excel Academy is a public charter school of choice serving 500 students in kindergarten through 8th grade within Jeffco Public Schools. Our custom-built 21st-century facility and campus is located in beautiful northwest Arvada, Colorado, just one block south of Standley Lake Regional Park and surrounded by the Michael Northey Park. Founded in 1995, Excel Academy is a community of students, educators, and families committed to enriching instructional experiences that are flexible and appropriate for every child. Our school utilizes a variety of intentionally-adopted curricula and flexible instructional strategies to differentiate and support each student in becoming an increasingly self-directed learner within a respectful learning environment. SPECIAL EDUCATION LEARNING SPECIALIST (20 hours/week, starting August 6th): We are seeking a Learning Specialist to join our team of special service providers.
MATH INTERVENTIONIST (20 hours/week, starting August 6th): We are seeking someone with a passion for inspiring students in math while working to support students across our K-8 school who need remediation and skill development so that they may increase their success and growth in math.
COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING SPECIALIST (10 hours/week): Our school community seeks a professional who is skilled at both internal and external communications to enhance our school culture, build upon recent mission, vision, and values work to round out our identity/brand, and leverage this to promote positive school culture, and support student, family, and staff recruitment and retention.
